Jim Kerins is a Managing Consultant for CMS, specializing in Human Resources Management. Jim has more than 30 years of Human Resource Management experience. Jim supports a broad range of organizations in all aspects of human resource administration. This includes executive and staff recruitment and selection; developing and implementing comprehensive human resources management systems such as classification and pay plans, performance management systems, and competency-based pay systems; conducting workplace investigations; dispute resolution; employee relations; organizational culture and climate surveys; and leadership coaching and consultation. Jim is also experienced in conducting strategic planning and supporting organizations in implementing strategic plans. Jim has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Carroll College, is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
